Free shipping, worldwide

Every SantaPaws order ships free, to any country we deliver to.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 7 to 15 business days after they ship. Remote areas and busy periods can take a little longer.

Customs and import taxes

International orders may be charged import taxes or duties by your country, and some countries ask for a personal ID or tax code. If yours does, please add it at checkout so your package is not held at customs.

Check your address

Please make sure your shipping details are complete and correct at checkout, including apartment or unit number and phone number. If you notice a mistake, email us at shopsantapaws@outlook.com right away, before your order ships.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking has not updated in a while or your package has not arrived, email us at shopsantapaws@outlook.com with your order number and we will help.
